Genuine (and real) ad !
I am a very tidy and considerate young guy looking for a double room and bathroom and am available to move immediately. Had my own professional business; I guess that makes me semi-retired (keep busy with some consultancy work though).
Not looking for a student/party house. A live in landlord/lady would be lovely.
I am no bother, tidy, considerate, clean, civil, easy going, open minded, no strong likes/dislikes, social, good cook! My current home (for the past 6 years!!) has been sold by the landlord (cost of living reasons etc), exemplary reference available and all very amicable.
Just not quite sure where to settle now the ‘kids’ have dispersed and left me rattling around a large house. Hence a nice rental seems sensible for now. Happy to chat/meet. Thanks for reading. Phil
