Room Wanted

As of 25APR2024 I am more focusing on STAFFORD or surrounding areas for ease of commute for work. I would be working in a distribution centre (the range) on around 35hrs a week. I would also like to hear from any Mon-Fri rooms as they would allow me to return to my other home at weekends in the short term. I have no long term plans set in stone but would look at a 3-6 month arrangement as appropriate. Proof of my employment would be provided of course .

Looking in the range of £250-£450 per month affordability, but as low as possible while also looking to be somewhere at least relatively safe and clean, in terms of the building/room/s and the local area.

I have been in receipt of Universal Credit recently (and have been unemployed while on it) but as stated if I am working and say I am now employed I will be happy to provide proof that I have started work with the employer, will disclose if I am full or part time and give you my proof of income for the past 3 months as appropriate.

I am single and would have nothing coming along with me apart from my clothes, I-phone, and possibly a (push/road) bike!
