My name is Andrew, I would ideally like somewhere I can stay long term and I'm available to move from the middle of December.

I work from home, mostly as a freelance writer/content creator and sometimes as an eBay seller.

I’m quiet, clean and tidy and spend a lot of time on my own writing, working on my website or studying but I’m happy to socialise with other housemates in the evenings and on the weekends.

I do have a cat, Holly, who is friendly, has had all her injections and is house-trained. She has no need for a litter tray as she spends much of her time outside and when she’s indoors, she’s usually in the same room as me so shouldn’t be any trouble.

(If you have a room available that has direct access to the garden (via a window or door), then she wouldn’t need access to the rest of the house beyond my room).
