2 Buddies looking for a new house in North!

Me and my buddy Will are looking for a shared property in North from June onwards.

Both professionals; I work in computer stuff and Will works in casting for TV.

We’re looking for a new home, and would like to join a big household (or team up to get a place together) of nice buddies who have good values.

Our budget is ideally £1100 max per month. Wiggle room for the right property.

Will - 27, ello u muckers! I work in TV casting and just finished on Married at First Sight UK. I like good lighting and old furniture. I like films and books. I wipe my wee of the toilet & respect peoples space and quiet, I expect the same. Gotta know when it’s right to yap, and when it’s time to nap. I have a new interest every week but mostly love smoking cigarettes in the sun and watching Robert Eggers films. Just looking for good non-neurotic people who are willing to help keep things clean, bring optimistic juju, and make a home with each other where we can all feel safe and happy

Tyler - 23 - hello chaps. I'm working in cloud computing (TBC...) and moving to London from the Bristol area. I have no preference on furniture. In my free time I like to make horrible music, but I will wear headphones so as not to disturb our peaceful household. I'm a big fan of the occasional group cooking sessions, where we can all come together, whip up a feast, and bond over some tasty grub. Nothing beats a good ol' fashioned kitchen-garden bonanza, am I right?

We're both tidy, respectful, and easy-going fellows who value open communication and creating a positive living environment. We're not looking for a party house, but we do enjoy the occasional gathering with friends and housemates. If you're into board game nights, pub quizzes, or just chilling in the garden with a cold one, we'll get along swimmingly.
