Human looking for Glasgow room

Hello!

I’m Patch. Nobody likes writing these things about themselves, but here goes!

I am looking for somewhere to live in Glasgow as I have a place on a Horticulture course (2+ years) with SRUC, based at Queen’s Park. I currently live in Bristol volunteering at a city farm, mostly working with people and plants, and the occasional angry goose.

My course doesn’t start until September, but my landlord is selling the house before the end of summer, so I’d really like to move up sooner rather than later. It would also just be good to get comfortable in the city and my new home before I start studying.

If you have a short-term let available, I'd still love to hear from you, as it would give me a base to look for more permanent accommodation...

I typically spend my free time playing the piano, going for walks, trying to cook new things and seeing friends when I can. I consider myself to be a responsible, clean and tidy flatmate who is mindful of other’s spaces, and would like to live with similar people.

I am a fairly quiet person and need to spend some time alone to relax, but I do enjoy getting to know who I live with – sharing a meal, perhaps, or watching a film together. I met one of my best friends in my current houseshare, so I do poke my head out and socialise!

If you like the sound of me, then please send me a message and hopefully we can sort something out soon. Virtual viewings are obviously preferable due to my location, but if I get interest from a few people I could always travel up and meet in-person.
