Hi, looking for a cat friendly space

Hi, looking for a room for me and my cat, with even a tiny garden or outside space as we love to sit outdoors.
I love nature, wildlife, photography, the sea, art, music I am currently studying garden design online, specialising in making them easier to access.
I'm looking for a flatmate who I get on with but isn't offended if I spend plenty of time on my own.
.. I have lived in the Brighton area for over 25 years. I use a small mobility scooter to go outdoors so need somewhere to keep it (in or outside).
Hari the cat is female, 10, easy-going and well behaved (for a cat)!
I'm ideally looking for a ground floor space., or one where room, loo and kitchen are on one level.
I can supply references from current landlord. We are looking for a home, rather than a short term let.
