Prof Engineer- Double Room + Accessible Garage

Hi i'm Jake,
A professional engineer looking for a modern furnished accommodation with plenty of bedroom space and a double bed.

I am relocating for a permanent job in Broughton and expect to be out of the house 6am-6pm mon-fri, outside of these times I am always up for a casual chat, drinks/food, gym, etc.
I commute by motorbike so an accessible garage for secure storage is a must. Having spent time as a professional cook, I would really appreciate a gas hob in the kitchen.

I am very open to living with any type of person, though a pro-social professional house would be great as I like a chat but also appreciate time to myself to wind down after a busy day.
I am a relatively quiet tenant besides occasionally playing acoustic guitar, though I will always be respectful of noise levels and other peoples needs.
