I am a working professional looking for am ensuite room. I hope to move in before the end of June (earlier would be better) and have a budget of £700 pcm, including bills & council tax.
Ideal location would be LS1, LS2, LS6, LS3, LS4 (anything near to city centre or University of Leeds).
I would prefer to share with females of any age, but open to other options.
