I only cook once a week and do 2 loads of laundry on the weekends.
Rest assured, I will try to conserve as much energy as I could.
If the rent is more than listed amount, I can make up for the price difference IN KIND; I can clean your main house on a weekly basis for 2 hours OR babysit/tutor if you have a child.
