Location: I'll be shuttling between London, Leicester, and Birmingham, so I'm open to living in any of the 3 (close to city-center preferred).

I am a smoker, but I strictly limit smoking to outdoor areas like balconies or gardens. I am considerate about avoiding the odor of smoke inside the house.

I am open to both room and whole property options that offer a cozy and well-maintained atmosphere. Ideally, the property would have good natural light, a functional kitchen, and be within a reasonable distance to amenities. A safe and secure neighborhood is a top priority for me.
I'd like a nice friendly atmosphere like it's friends living together, not randoms.
