Seeking clean safe and legal accomodation

I'm in desperate need of what is in the ad title as where I am is quite literally none of the above. Im technically classed as disabled but don't need ramps or rails ....yet🙃 and I want to go back to college for sound production so until then I'd need to claim housing benefit then however the rent will be dealt with in full time education. I currently am waiting on conformation of an open university course to be a support/substance misuse worker just now also with plans for a charity called jockhop I thought of at college years ago
