Looking for 1 room from July city centre/gosforth

I am looking for a double room in a furnished apartment/ houshehare in newcastle city centre./ heaton/ gosforth. I am available to move from 19/07/2024 and have a budget of £750pm. I would like to share with males or females, ideally between 21 and 29 years old.

I'm looking for either 1 or 2 flatmates to move into a furnished apartment or to join a shared house ideally in the city centre, gosforth or heaton

I am really sociable and love going out for food or drinks and going to raves / festivals but love to chill out during the week by watching films or tv.

I work a 9-5 mon to fri in the city centre so would ideally want to buddy up with another professional and live close to town / transport links - i have tried living with students whilst working full time and it has been quite the experience to say the least!
