Brighton Move

I ve visited Brighton a lot over 10yrs, I finally want to move over. I love Brighton, the people here, such nice feeling about the place.
I'm easy going friendly, get along with most people, I love idea of come home for chat with flatmate/s, social drinks etc, and yes quiet moments/ personal space is respected too. Im 43 gay guy so someone Lgbt+/ friendly would be perfect. Im tidy enough, non smoker, dont mind a smoker, I find I'm lucky sharing with people in accom, I. ve always had good experiences..

I'm happy to share with students or professionals, once a person is easy to live with, not into drama, etc

Love to live with Brighton Town , maybe kemptown, Preston Park, Queen Park, close enough to sea front, Hove.. im aware its expensive living in Brighton, so I'm open minded to areas I haven't listed.
