Seeking a spare room

Hi, I’m 38 years old, female and seeking a room to rent. I am tidy, friendly, clean and very considerate of other people. I do not smoke nor do I have a pet. Unfortunately I have chronic illnesses and am not in employment at the moment but I am happy to provide a guarantor that owns their own property, I have a good credit score and no criminal record. I qualify for housing benefit. I can provide a reference.
Would you rent your spare room to me?
I love all animals so I’m fine if you have any pets. I’m fine with a single or double room and if there is no shared living room. I don’t smoke but it’s ok if you do. My interests include wildlife/nature/animals, I love art and music of the previous century and I am vegetarian. I am against bigotry
