Professional looking for a buddy up

Me and my cat Stevie are looking at sharing a home with the right person.
I am a personal trainer so I am in and out most days. I am sociable but generally prefer my own company during the week and just chilling with Stevie. It would be ideal to share with someone who is respectful and clean and tidy. Someone who respects personal space but also is happy to grab dinner or a have a drink together once in a while.
My party days are behind me so not up for sharing with someone who wants a party house.
Stevie is nearly 2 and well trained, extremely clean house cat with the sweetest personality.
Animal lovers are a must!
