Quiet, clean male & dog looking to settle.

I have recently returned after working overseas for 16 years. With not having a credit background, or on the voters register I'm finding it so hard to find any sort of rental. I left the UK as a family and have come back as a single. My company at the moment is my dog (Suggs). He is very friendly and fully house trained. I was working as a project manager overseas, but since returning I'm working as a bathroom fitter/General maintenance. I do enjoy a drink, but only socially. I do not drink on my own. I would say I'm very easy going and get on with anyone. I don't do drama, enjoy my own company as well as others. I'm clean and would treat any property as though it were my own. I look forward to an opportunity to share with someone soon.
