I am a female student aged 22. I am looking for a single or double room. I am available to move from 25/08/2024 and have a budget of £650pcm.
Currently I am on my year abroad, which finishes in July, so I will probably not be able to move in until the end of Aug. However, if I like the flat, I am able to pay for the summer months if that’s required in your contract, even if I won’t move in until later.
I would prefer female flatmates but this is not a dealbreaker. ideally students.
I am a clean and respectful flatmate but enjoy having people over sometimes, and doing chill activities with flatmates!
