The place we were staying for the past 4 years is now being sold.
We are a full time working couple with excellent references from our landlady.
We are from Portugal/Brazil.
We love to eat out or enjoy a meal indoors.
We love going away whenever there is a long break.
We are gym goers and pretty much go every single evening after work.
We are a clean and tidy couple, looking for a place that is also clean and tidy.
We are looking for an en-suite double bedroom (up to £1000), with sharing commodities or a studio flat (up to £1300): WITH ALL BILLS INCLUDED, PLEASE.
We will need to give one month notice at our place before we move out: at the moment looking like at the beginning of August.
NO AGENTS, please, only private Landlords.
