Independent person looking for a long-term place.

Hola, I’m a self employed game developer who is also working employed part-time to supplement my income. I’m looking to rent a studio or a relatively quiet house share in Manchester that I can focus in. Having the option to remove furniture or a completely unfurnished property would be great. Since I work from home, having a window is also very important for me.

Okay, you want to know more about me than my job. I am a friendly and calm person with a positive mindset. I love creating, and spend all of my time working to make the most out of what little time I have. For my own fulfilment and to create memories other people cherish. That would be an honour.

The last word I would use to describe myself with is 'fun'. I'm not loud, heavily energetic nor do I engage in vices like drinking alcohol or smoking. However, I think what is more important in a house share is someone who respects their noise levels, cleans up after themselves immediately and is open to communicate with on any matter. Yes, that person is me.

If you haven't realised it yet, I am very introverted. I like doing my own things, often alone. We'll get along well if you can respect my need for solitude and not take my disinterest in hanging out personally. That said, I am still happy to interact with others, just in moderation.
