Prof female - Dunford Bridge 2/3 nights

I am a Chartered Civil Engineer working at Dunford Bridge until the end of 2022. I live in Lincolnshire but will be staying away for work from 2 or 3 nights a week. I would like to be close to work to limit travelling time so looking at Dunford Bridge, Carlecotes, Hazelhead, Crow Edge, Langsett, Midhopestones, Holmfirth etc and would prefer a room in a family house or self contained apartment. I do not cook and will take washing home so am very easy to accommodate! I would like all bills included, internet, ideally access to an outside area or garden with parking. I am looking for a comfortable home where i can relax after work. I generally work quite late and will not impose. I am likely to be there 2 or 3 nights a week but very occasionally 4 (always weekdays). I have had lodgers myself so am very respectful of peoples' homes and privacy. I would prefer to pay a monthly sum to secure a room solely for my use.
