Hallo, I'm Richard. I'm quiet, friendly and very independent.

I'm looking for a self-contained flat or studio or room. Furnished or unfurnished is fine.

I have excellent references from previous landlords and I have already saved up to pay a month's rent in advance. After that the landlord will be paid direct by the Council with housing benefit so the rent will always be in credit.

I like cycling, and I'm out and about every day, often doing voluntary gardening work in the Wolverton area. In the evenings I like to watch TV or listen to music quietly in my room using headphones.

I'm very happy to help out by looking after pets for neighbours or running errands on my bike. I like all animals especially cats.

PS Although my birth certificate says one thing, I always say I'm 37 as I intend to stay young and active always:)
