Hi there,
I am a genuine, laid back & friendly person but also respect peoples privacy. I am aware some places I’ve put on my favourite list had specified their age preference limit was under my age 🤭! But, ☝️ if you met me, you’d know I am very young at heart and my close friends have always been male since childhood. I am LGBT 🏳️‍🌈 friendly as my best friend came out years ago, then introduced me to so much fun in the gay community (still 💃🏻in Lightbox & Fire lol)!
I enjoy living comfortably in a clean and tidy household. I am a smoker but a very respectful one, and smoke in my room and/or in the garden.
I currently have been living in a compact studio for the past 3 years in Hither Green East - but fell in love with the area. Ideally, I’m looking for a room with an en suite. I am only looking to move because my tenancy will not be up for renewal this year due to my landlady wanting to either sell or have her immediate family move in. I previously lived on Eltham Road in a house share with 4 other housemates for a few years. Despite us all moving on, they became like family and I am still in touch with them 🥰.
