Looking for a double room

Hi, I am a 42 year old, professional guy looking for a room for 5 months from the 1st of April. It´s important that I can have only 5 months.
I am looking for a good size double room in a house with, ideally, only 1 flatmates (male) but 2 flatmates will be ok. No couples please. Ideally South East London.
No live-in landlords.

I am gay, so please, be at least gay friendly.
My budget is around £1000 (inclusive of all bills). Do not contact me if you can't meet the rent requirement, please.
Hopefully I will share with tidy people, just like me. Also, no pets, I am allergic to cats.

About me: I am from Spain, I have been living in London for almost 12 years now. I work Mon-Fri office hours. I am a very sociable person and when I am home I love to chill in the living room, watch Netflix and whatnot. I love to travel and I try to do it as often as I can. Not a party animal, I am not 20 anymore hehe. I prefer to spend my time going to the cinema, exercising or getting a drink during the evening rather than at night.

We all have smartphones, so please, post ads with nice, clear, and current photos of the actual bedroom and the rest of the common areas (Don't use filters or any other enhancement feature, eventually I am going to see the real thing in person). A video would be even better!
