Room needed

I am looking for a double room but I will consider a single if its a nice room. I am not fussy about potential new housemates but I would like sociable and friendly people ;-).I haven't lived here long so i am hoping to meet some lovely people. Im used to a busy house and thats how I prefer it.
I work so I do pay council tax so if its a student house this could be a problem as I would be solely responsible for the council tax bill. I work as a social worker so I like to relax in my spare time but also go out with friends and socialising. I am a considerate, friendly and a chilled housemate. I enjoy staying in and having dvd nights but also enjoy going out with friends. Please get in contact. I would like bills included, broadband and parking space.
