Looking for a 1 bed flat. No room/flat share

ONLY looking for a 1 bed house/flat, no room shares/flat share or house shares please.

Also those of you that do not know how this website works, you cannot place an add LOOKING for a 1 bed flat/studio in the correct location unless YOU HAVE a whole property to let however, when your someone seeking to find a 1 bed flat/studio place the only place you can place an add is in the rooms section. I am well aware of that and do not need a reminder from others on this site. Sorry but have had many people contact me that do not actually know how this site works. If you click on "place add" at the top you will see what I mean.

I am currently living in Notting Hill, London with my parents but now in the search for a 1 bedroom flat in Hertfordshire. I currently work in Hertfordshire and am commuting by car from London on weekdays. I have been working for the same company for the last 6 years now.
I have 3 cats whom I want to move out with therefore a flexible and understanding landlord is important. My cats do get nervous around strangers hence why renting with other people is not an option I am afraid. I am looking to pay 600pcm or less with/without bills inc. I can extend my budget slightly if a good property is available. I do drive so parking is also very important to me.

I am a very clean person and treat any property as my own. My cats are my babies whom I love and adore.

I am not a party animal and never bring a party home. I do like going out with friends to catch up or visit family when I can.
I make Jewellery as a hobby and even have a website up to sell my items.

I am a down to earth person and very understanding.

Please dont knock me down for having cats. I will ensure the property is always clean and with no damage.

I am currently using estate agents to help me find a property within my price range but only approaching those with low fees or no fees. Much prefer having direct contact with the landlord rather than a middle man.
