Couple + Cat NR2

Hi. We are 1x man, 1x female +1x cat, looking for someone who is also looking for a place to call home. We would like to live in NR2, but pretty happy with anything on the river-side of Dereham Road i. e West End, Northumberland, Nelson Street etc. We are both pretty laid back, we think we are funny (looking). We both cook(both meat eaters, just in case)and clean and are respectful of others. Looking for a couple or person to share with who is of same minds, also laid back but also mindful of others. We do like socialising but equally happy chilling at home with some wine and good food.
1xCat grew up as a housecat, she is very well behaved and not messy at all. Would ideally like to find a house that has a nice garden for her to sleep in...she sleeps a lot.
Don't particularly care if there's a shared bathroom, as long as it's kept clean.

Would like to move in September. If interested we'd like to meet up first, see how it goes :)
