Looking for somewhere from end of April

I have been living in Manchester for two and a half years now and am going back to NZ for a holiday to visit my family. I am moving out of my flat just before leaving so am looking for a short term let for when I get back in a shared flat, or a 6 month lease on a one bed or studio flat from. the 25th April.
I currently work at a Law firm in the city so am looking for a flat that is either walkable distance to the city or has good transport links.
I play roller derby and do swing dancing that keeps me busy during the week and am sometimes staying at my boyfriends over weekends.
I'm looking for a friendly flat that doesn't mind if my boyfriend comes and visits.
