Young professional couple looking for 1/2 bed flat

Hi,

My name is Helen and I'm looking for a 1 or 2 bed house/flat for my boyfriend, Erkki, and I. We are not interested in studio flats.

We are both working professionals; I am a scientific editor and Erkki works in technology for an investment fund. Currently, we both live separately in East London but are moving to move in together. We would like to find somewhere long-term.

We are both very clean and tidy, and have always paid rent on time and never been late with payments. We will both be able to provide positive references from our respective landlords.

We are available all bank holiday weekend, most weekends and every evening after 6pm for viewings. Please do get in touch if you have something you think may be suitable.

We wish to rent privately, not via an agency, in order to avoid fees.
