Looking for Double Room Max ?450 pm

Hi I'm Oli, Im moving towakefield to work as a therapist.

I'm looking for a double room or a house (to share with 1 other)

Budget is ?500

I'm clean, respectful, easy going and reasonably sociable, though like my own space at times as i work long hours.

I really need someone fairly similar who is quiet and easy to get on with. I?m going to be studying most nights during the week, so will be free to do things occasionally but also lots of commitments.

Either girls or guys is fine. Just someone respectful, clean and decent sense of humour please.
