Double Room wanted!

I'm a creative professional with my own business that includes teaching dance, piano and singing, I also get to be a princess (mainly Elsa) on weekends!

I work from home a lot during weekdays and away most weekend days.

I like hanging out with my housemate/s and have a good time together and it being a home not just a place to sleep but I'm also very comfortable in my own company! I've had some amazing housemates in the past and it makes life so much more enjoyable living with someone that ends up being a friend and is up for lots of laughs!

The only thing home wise for me is to be able to sing (within reason and not while you're sleeping of course) and to teach a couple of students singing/piano from home (I have 2 right now) if possible, otherwise I could think of other options!

Parking is 100% essentials but as long as there are permits without waiting lists I'm happy.

I'm available to move end of October or earlier for the right place!
