Professional Male seeks a single or double room

I moved to Manchester a couple of years ago from North Wales. I try to get out and see what Manchester has to offer as much as I can. I like to try new activities and experiences and would describe myself as open minded.
I'm keen to socialise and spend time with housemates and have found friends in Manchester in past houseshares.
Living in a clean house is a priority to me and I think it's important to be fair on other people. I cook quite a lot but also try to minimise my possessions so I shouldn't encroach on other people's space.
