Looking for a quiet friendly double room & I WFH

I'm 33 and currently working as a freelance marketer, I often work from home and don't want any kind of restriction on doing so.

I'm looking for a quiet place where I can relax and work from home without hassle. East Dulwich / near Sydenham Hill Woods / near Crystal Palace would be amazing. (I've lived in ED before!)

I would love to live with someone who's easy to get along with and is open to us becoming friends, or at the least, friendly and respectful to each other.

I'm clean and tidy – I don't leave mess for others to clean up and I leave communal areas as I would like to find them.

I'd really love to be near some nice green space to walk in. And I have a bike that I don't want stolen, so a place to park my bike indoors is essential.

Ideally sharing with no more than 2 people, 1 would be even better. But it all depends on the people, 1 ideal flatmate is easier to find than 2!
