Creative person looking for a friendly home

Hi people of London (East preferrably),

I'm looking for a shared house with at least one another lady as I have spent the last few years being the only one sharing with all men.

I'm chilled out and really enjoy being part of a community where I live but I also enjoy spending time alone.

I'm respectful of others' space and would like a flatmate (or two), who, like me, likes to keep it quiet and civilised from a Sunday night to a Thursday night and who keeps communal spaces at basic level of hygiene.

I like a good bath to warble in and to warm my feet in during winter so it would be great if you have one of those. I'm interested in art and design as well as psychology and philosophy, film, nature and I'm starting to learn a bit about gardening too.

I'm looking for a double room with enough space to include a desk and a chair as well as a wardrobe for storage. An en suite would be ideal but not essential. I would like to have a shared living room. The areas I'm looking at are Hackney, Walthamstow, Dalston and it would be nice to be close to a station or bus stop.

I'm free to move from 28/29th April. I keep my space clean and tidy and my preference is to have a cleaner who comes round once a week to do all of the jobs I donâ????t like to do. No problem if not, I'll just have to tie on a bandana and play some R&B at high volume to help me get into the cleaning spirit.

I have a sister who lives in Oxford and we often visit each other and stay over so it would be cool if you don't mind her being around every now and then. She's also very respectful and lovely.
