Professional male and lovely cocker spaniel

I'm Lloyd, I'm 30, I work in tech sales and spend most of my time triathlon training, I have European champs up next. Looking for a pet friendly room as I have a gorgeous little cocker spaniel called Ringo, he's very affectionate but mostly sleeps all day. Looking for a double room in Clapham/Wandsworth/Tooting with a good space to work from home now and then. Sports mad house optional but would be desired!
