En suite or double room/ Whole property considered

Clean, tidy, easy going, and respectful construction project manager from Cardiff requires accommodation. Whole apartment would suit perfectly. If its shared accommodation an en-suite would be preferred but not necessarily a deal breaker. Parking close by would also be nice.. I work contract roles therefore a flexible tenancy is essential. I'll return home every weekend to begin with, perhaps fortnightly after a few months.
