Female professional, looking for a home

30 year old female professional.

I'm pretty easy going and love to bake and cook. I enjoy the odd gin or glass of wine (occasionally a bottle). I like a night in as much as a night out and am probably more of a pub than a club girl, but I do like the odd night of dancing, or drinking cocktails in a few nice bars.

Looking for someone who wants to find a place to turn in to a home with a friend, not just a crash pad with a passing ship. Ideally looking for someone to rent a 2-3 bed house/flat with, that way we have our own space when we want it, potentially a spare room for friends to stay and then communal areas we can socialise in and make our own. Preferably also someone pet friendly as I?d like to get a cat and/or dog.

Happy to live with a smoker, but only as long as there is strictly no smoking in the flat/house.
