51yr old Female looking for studio/annex to Rent

51yr old easy going female. I am preferably looking for an unfurnished studio/annex but willing to consider buddying up to rent a 2 bedroomed property in Horley/Gatwick/Hookwood/ Charlwood or Crawley/Ifield areas. I am looking for long term renting (see end of ad).

I am tidy & respectful. I like to spend my days off watching tv/films, reading, listening to music. I’m a fan of Formula 1 and American Football and walking my best friend with 4 legs :)
I am a smoker but accept that outside is the norm these days!!

I currently work as a home shopping delivery driver doing 3 long days and one morning shift (37 hrs) and I have 3 rest days.

I have a sweet 10yr old Jack Russell that will be living with me. He’s fully housetrained, friendly and generally not any bother. He is used to my shifts and generally asleep when I’m out at work. On my long shifts I come home on my lunch to let him out/short walk and make sure he’s ok. A move may be unsettling for him initially, but once in a routine and relaxed he will settle back into our routine.
I have an easy going temperament, get along with most people and have a good sense of humour.
I am looking for a relaxed space where I can make myself at home. Use of garden for my dog also would be lovely (obviously I would cleanup after him!).

I have lived in my present privately rented (landlord not live in) house for 15 years so hopefully this tells you all you need to know. My landlord has already said he will give me a good reference. I am looking for somewhere to rent for a long time again. (At least the next 15 years if possible lol ;) ). Sadly my landlord has decided to give up renting hence the only reason I am having to make a move.
