Short-term let in a friendly chilled home

I'm a freelance digital designer spending my time living and travelling between London and Newcastle over the next 3 months. So, won't always be around.

I clean and tidy up after myself, but am not OCD. I cook quick meals for dinner, and don't mind cooking together every now and then. I don't really watch TV, but watch Netflix. I'll spend time between working from home or working out of home depending on work. I like to run, go to the gym, do indoor climbing, and parkour.

I'm looking for a short-term let until the end of the year in a shared home near the city centre. Ideally, with 1 or 2 other people depending on the size of the home. Looking for a place where people say good morning, good evening, don't mind a chat every now and then over dinner or down the pub about how things are going, but not wanting the details of what you had for lunch today. I'm gay, have a partner, and would like them to stay overnight once or twice a week.
