Room wanted in or around Lake Windermere

I am a clean, tidy, fun loving and easy going educated professional.
I am looking to share a house in a clean, tidy and easy going home within 40 minutes drive of Bowness-on-Windermere.

I enjoy most outdoor activities; particularly fell walking and sailing.

During the longer winter nights I prefer reading a book or listening to music rather than watching telelevision.

I can provide good references and have a deposit ready and waiting. I always pay rent in advance and on time.

I am willing to help out in both the home and garden (can chop wood, light fires and cook with an Aga!). I'm fine with pets that are house trained and children who are likewise!
