Double room in nicely decorated house in quite area of auchinyell road. Parking on the street which may require permit. Lots of amenities in the area. Just down the road from rgu amd ski centre. Very good bus service 2 minutes walk away from house there is a bus stop. House has internet access. Looking for someone easy going being tidy is a must! Work various shifts so person would have time to themselves and times where am away the weekend. I also require time to myself as well as respecting other person. Person must be self sufficient due to my own interests and routinues. Also have 2 Westies which are very friendly. If interested in gardening have lovely garden out the back which has a new decking area however if interested in bbqs and drinking even better. Female housemate preferred.
