I am a doctor at ARI and will be going abroad for 1 year for a fellowship from mid-July 2024. I am looking to rent out my home for the period that I am away.

It is a self-contained two bedroom flat although the second bedroom has been converted into a study. There are two bathrooms (one with bath and the other with a shower), large kitchen with dining table, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, living room, front garden and back garden with shed storage.

This property would be ideal for someone who will be working in Aberdeen for one year. There is ample on street parking available and the property is around a 20-25 minute walk from ARI and a 10-minute walk to the Berryden and Kittybrewster retail parks. There is a bus that goes to the city centre from almost directly outside the property every 10 minutes.

The move in date is negotiable but the likely earliest date would be Friday 19th July. The property must be vacated by Thursday 31st July 2025.

The property will come furnished and I am happy to consider pets.

A rental agreement will be drawn up and a deposit of 1 months' rent will be taken and held with the Deposit Protection Service.

Rent will be £850pcm (pro rata for partial months) and will be inclusive of internet and TV licence.

Please note that this is my home that I am renting out. I am looking for a tenant who will respect that and take care with the the property and furnishings while they live here.
