City Centre Aberdeen double room in a flat

Hi!!
I’m moving out of my double room on King Street. Very close to the city centre (under 10 minutes to train station) and 25 minute walk to Aberdeen uni.

The room features a double bed, a built in spacious wardrobe, two bed side little desks/cabinets, huge desk and a drawers.

Bills are not included, currently we don’t have WiFi but you can set that up as there is interest from another flatmate. You’d be living with a medicine student (who currently is never in the flat😭) and a recent graduate (who potentially will be moving out in the summer!).

There is a living room, bathroom shared between three and a kitchen with all the basics, newish washing machine and two (!!!!) Fridges and freezers.

The move in date can be moved forward or you can move in later, however rent needs to be paid from 1st of June .
