Double room to let in Mastrick area of Aberdeen. Close to shops and only a couple of minutes to a bus stop which provides regular services to the City Centre and ARI. Free on street parking.

My name is Catherine but everyone calls me Cat. I am a professional who works monday to Friday and likes to chill out at the weekend. I am hardly in the flat during the week as I work long hours and then at the weekend I am either out (if I still have any energy) or sleeping, so as much as I love a blether, you will likely hardly see me apart from in passing! I do love spending time with my niece who keeps me on my toes and comes for the occasional sleepover. I am a smoker and I do have a cat so this must not be an issue. I have a cleaner that comes in once a week which is handy for those of us who work long hours.

I am looking for a clean, tidy, honest person to move in. Any questions please just ask.

The room is available from the 1st October but this could be brought forward and can be flexible.

I would also be interested in anyone looking for a Monday to Friday let and rent would be negotiable for this.
