One double room for rent in Garthdee, Aberdeen

I have one double room for rent in a lovely house in Aberdeen. The house is only a couple of minutes walk from RGU campus and David Lloyd. The house is up the hill from Asda, Sainsbury's, Boots and Currys.

The room has a double bed with space under the frame for storage, free standing wardrobe, built in set of shelves, double window, arm chair and desk.

The house has a small vestibule with storage cupboard, and hooks for coats/jackets.

There is a shared down stairs living room, kitchen and bathroom.

There is ample seating in the living room, flat screen television and dvd player, coffee table.

The kitchen has a washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, full fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, dining table and chairs.

The bathroom has a toilet, shower over the bath and heated towel rail.

There is a front and back garden with shed and decking area in the back garden.

There will be a council tax share of £50. 00 a month. The main bills are quarterly and are BT for the phone and broadband and British Gas for gas and electricity.

The two individuals currently in the house are professional females. There is no HMO for the property, however this is not required as one of the current tenants will not be in the house full time due to family circumstances.

We are looking for a professional female to join the household. Whilst we are up for fun and enjoy socialising, out of respect for neighbours and lease requirements loud parties will not be permitted. There is parking outside the property and a permit is available for this at no initial cost until renewal is required in August/September.
