Room for rent in our three bed flat. Flat is large, modern, clean and quiet. Modern decor throughout and recent refurbishments in kitchen and bathrooms. The whole flat is shared, we have a livingroom and kitchen along with a bathroom and a second toilet. There is also a large amount of storage space in the flat including a walk in wardrobe that you can use with the room.

Located in Bridge of don it's on the ground floor with its own entrance and private back garden. Set in a quiet culdesac next to the woods and the river Don. Sharing with myself, my (small) dog and my other flat mate. We're working professionals, guy and girl on shifts, very clean and tidy. Long term tenants so this is our home as both from out of Aberdeen. We're friendly and sociable and always up a laugh, we cook alot and often make each other meals etc. The dog(Tomi) is a parsons terrier, friendly and playful she just wants attention, if she's not playing with a tennis ball she ll be passed out in her(or my!) bed. We also have the benefit of an Internet TV box in the livingroom, allowing you to literally watch any movie or series you want.

The room is a large double, comes with divan bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and faces onto the back garden. Looking for someone similar male or female - clean, respectful, non smoker, no pets or couples I'm afraid. Room is available for rental from the 22nd, all bills are included in the rent including gas, elec, council tax, line rental, high speed unlimited fibre optic broadband and TV licence. £400 deposit and one months rent required.
