Looking a for someone to rent a room in our newly decorated 3 bed house. Preferably a non-smoker. Excellent bus links to town and around the city are a few yards away.
Rent is £300 per month and a deposit of 1 months rent is also required. Rent includes all bills, heat and light, tv license, wireless broadband and council tax.
The room will be available from May. The house is an old victorian style house with 3 bedrooms. Myself and my husband are live in landlords. We are a friendly, easy going, young married couple. We share the kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom is your own space and we would never invade your privacy.
References will also be required.
