Comfy room in West end near Uni

Looking for a short term let/flatmate. This room is in a 2 bedroom fully furnished flat, 12 min walk to University of Dundee. There is a large wardrobe and a desk in the room. It's located in a very nice area next to Magdalene Green. The flat gets a lot of sunlight and has a spacious fully equipped kitchen and shared living room. There is a lovely garden in front of the flat. This is a sublet with permission from the landlord.
The location is fantastic if you are working/studying at Dundee university or Ninewells hospital as there are direct buses from a nearby bus stop. There are shops and supermarkets located withing five minutes of walking distance.
About me: I am a professional female working as a biology researcher at the Uni. I am a friendly, social and a tidy person and would ideally like a flatmate with the same traits. Looking for a female student who is friendly, chilled out, social, clean, tidy and willing to share the cleaning responsibilities.
This is short term let so if you are looking for a temporary accomodation or a short term place then thus would be ideal for you.
