We're a friendly bunch living in a spacious 5-bedroom townhome and we're on the lookout for new flatmate to join our crew.

Need to run to the shops quickly? Morrison's is just a 2 min walk away!
Commuting is a breeze with several bus stops around, offering routes to both Abertay University and the University of Dundee.

About Our Flat:
Spread across three stories, our home boasts plenty of space including a garage, a balcony for those chill vibes, and a back garden perfect for outdoor relaxation or study sessions.
The two available rooms are located on the second floor, providing a cozy and private space. Plus, you'll share a bathroom (equipped with both a shower and bath) on the same floor with just one other person.
Fear not about queueing for the bathroom in the morning; our flat has a total of 4 bathrooms.

Who We Are:
Currently, we're all second-year university students, but we're welcoming to anyone from any year. Diversity is the spice of life, after all!
We are a pet friendly group, and our flat also has a cat!
Particularly great for computing degree students; two of our current flatmates are studying cyber security, and we've invested in the best WiFi package available to support computing needs and downloading.

Financials:
Rent is £350 per month.
Bills (WiFi, gas, electricity) come to an additional £50 per month, making budgeting straightforward.
