We are two Dundee uni 3rd year girls looking for a flatmate, preferably a female student. We study biomed and business, and are sociable and tidy :).
The room is a spacious double with lots of natural light, on the downstairs floor of the flat.
The flat is in the city centre, right next to the Overgate and plenty of shops. We are around a 10 minute walk from Dundee uni and 5 minutes from Abertay.
Rent is £410 plus bills (which are usually around £40-£70) and the deposit is £400. The room will be available from the end of May.
