Premium furnished flat

I am looking for someone to share the flat with.
The flat has the following characteristics.

Room:
- Double bed (with plenty of pillows and quilt)
- Closet with drawers
- Extra drawers
- Desk and chair

Kitchen:
- All types and sizes of everything you will need. Plates, bowls, water/wine glasses, pots, pans, set of knives, grater, coffee machine (including capsules), kettle, rice cooker, and many more. (yes we cooked a lot).

Appliances:
- Washing machine and drier
- Dishwasher
- Iron and ironing board

Living room:
- Really large space with a corner sofa
- Dining table
- Storage space

Bathroom:
- Clean and shiny, as a proper bathroom should be
- Includes heater

+ Storage room

Amenities:
- Gas heater
- Just next to Lidle!!! (3 mins walking, you don't know how helpful this is until you have it).
- 15 mins walking from the city center.
- Closest bus stop 1 minute walk. Second closest bus stop 4 mins walk. Every bus from here goes to the city center and beyond. I never waited more than 5 mins.
- 10 mins walking from East Marketgait (like a shopping mall, including supermarket, food store, houseware, clothing etc).
- Pharmacy 2 mins walk.
- Tax band B (with a discount because the other tenant is a student), or 0 if you are a student.

Bills:
- Internet: £12.5 per month
- Gas and electricity: April's bill was £37, so you pay half of it £19. (Winter months are higher, depending on the usage)

Flatmate:
My flatmate is a master's student and a really great guy! We used to cook together and sometimes share dinner. He is an excellent cook and he is always willing to share his food with me. He is quite a sociable person and he likes playing tennis and video games when not studying. He is also very discreet, sometimes I don't even know if he is home.

Will be nice to have you as a flatmate if you are a respectful, clean and nice person!
